You will be filling 7 canning jars (beautiful, hand-blown glass) with spiced peaches, pickled onions, pears in syrup, chilies, string beans, gherkins and brandied oranges.
You will receive 3 large and 4 small canning jars, The table and fern is not included.

Jewellery box, by Lisa Martens.
In the first session, students will construct the jewellery box. Some basic machine work will be taught, to cut rebates and decorative edging on the lid and base of the box. In the second session, you will fill the box with jewels. Students will decide on their own style. This is a fun project for all skill levels.

Floral arrangement potted in water, by Erika Gross.
You will learn how to shape petals and leaves, and assemble them. You will arrange the flowers in "water", in a hand blown glass jar. You will be making 2 arrangements in different colours. These techniques are transferable to many other plants and flowers.

Carved and painted wooden horse, mounted on rocker and tacked in leather. Require some basic sewing skills for tack. It includes the use of very sharp tools to carve features.

You will learn how to make breads using a mould. You will also be taught how to colour the breads with chalks. A basket and bread "bin" will be supplied for painting in a style of your choice.

French Patisserie table, by Debi Drury.
Basic biscuits and cupcakes, already made in part, will be assembled, and frosting and bling added. Macarons tower to be assembled. The turquoise cake will be made from scratch. Dressing of the cake stands, and gold pen on paper cut-outs, and "Let them eat cake" sign.

Queen Anne ladies writing desk, by Lisa Martens.
A Queen Anne style ladies writing desk with delicate cabriole legs and 6 working drawers. Students will learn to cut cabriole legs using overhead pin routing, as well as basic joinery techniques in the contruction and assembly of the desk. No experience in woodworking is required.

Open Naturalist's notebook, by Barbara Brear.
This will be a fully sewn book using traditional bookbinding skills. It has a quarter bound cover with marbled paper, and leather spine and corners. The book will be gently aged. Although the book is fully sewn, only the centre pages are printed, and we will stick the book into an open position. This allows it to be displayed open on a desk or table. It is suitable for any time period or setting. The only skill needed is the ability to follow instructions. You will have no difficulty completing this project successfully. Good lighting and/or an optivisor will help you with the sewing part of the project.
